It’s an incredibly lame argument to bring to a judge for defamation. The publicly available files are available for Ipsilon say €150K, so it’s not a figure someone pulled out of their ass. As counsel I’d actually welcome that line of argument. I’d start picking that apart and watch him fall apart under cross-examination when trying to explain why he spent so much on equipment or whatever the operation costs were.
The good thing about going to court with a habitual and remorseless liar is seeing how the judge quickly deduces this as you slowly expose him.
Put Lloyd on the stand and this case would fall apart within minutes. What he never expected was anyone to stand up and fight back. He even stated from the beginning he expected a guilty verdict in absentia.

I'm guessing he will try and spin it that his specific salary, not the business income, was the thing that wasn't 6 figures.
This is how JWs run their janitorial and window washing businesses. He learnt this trick from his dad. In his begging video, he was going on about all the “costs” that any rationally thinking person would immediately become suspicious of. Specifically:
unspecified salaries for employees you know did not work anything close to full time for, esp Dijana
”Subscriptions”, none of which he had specified. Pornhub and Only Fans maybe, but I don’t see what he would actually need. He wasn’t saying either. Even if he had any, we’re talking less than $50 a month if that.
Broken equipment, and he did specify a tripod that a simple Google search identified with a €200 cost. JWs do this a lot and try to make it seem like they go through expensive industrial vacuum cleaners and hot vacs monthly for their tax reports.
Rental of “Ramacro” which he never needed. I still am unsure what that was about, esp when on the tour he identified a studio, bedroom, living space, kitchette, washroom and even a utility room with washer/dryer. If someone was not living there, it was a huge wasted expense. I’m afraid we’ll never know the real reason behind that. And what should really raise eyebrows is that he rented this place when his patrons were still in freefall. He had about as much as he had now and he still thought it was a good idea to rent it.
If anyone thinks he rented all that dead space for one studio room and a toilet, I could say I have something to sell you, but it’s more accurate to say that you are a retard.
Lloyd has dual reasons to concoct these excessive and phantom expenses. Not only for tax reasons, but more importantly, he doesn’t want anyone to know he is well compensated and could easily get by with 400+ patrons.
His financials that he is claiming he will provide the court with are going to be incomplete and only what he wants to show. A defence lawyer could easily hit him with discovery for the entire file if he intended to enter that as evidence.

How much we betting had not Kim rang that bell, we would have not seen the last of them as a “couple” like the Trudeaus?All part of the master plan in case of an open marriage or separation. He was never going to let that cat out of the bag, and neither was she. Especially when the locales became places that she actually wanted to go.
One can’t stay married to such a deceitful man without picking up a few tricks along the way. She’s just better at it and only does it when necessary. She admitted to him in that letter that exJW stuff was of little interest to her.
So why go to Australia? You know why. We all know why. And had she stayed at home, Lloyd could have made that important interview and gotten the Jaracz scoop directly from the ARC lawyer. If anything, she hindered his “exJW activism”.
A carefully crafted cover story as to why they stayed in separate rooms: Girls are getting bigger and needed their own space with mum. Besides Daddy had late night meetings with “Mark O’Donnell” and “Javier Ortiz” and didn’t want to disturb them.
When I first heard the story about prostitutes, I assumed someone was making it up to humiliate him about his appearance. She played an effective “Beauty” to his “Beast” and I reckon many did not believe it simply because a man who looked like him would be extremely lucky to be with her.
Worked like a charm and no one suspected anything until he went live and confessed.

I wish Tibor the best as he carves out a real career away from Lloyd and his dumbfuckery.
Only issue I have with him was when he came here on this forum and on the interview video with prepared remarks about the JW Mindset ™. As it just so happens, according to Tibor, all people critical of Lloyd are also inflicted with this terrible disorder!
I know Lloyd put him up to it, but Tibor... you need see Lloyd for who he is and not be so easily manipulated.
I can make a similarly reasoned argument about a "Croatian Mindset" based on both his line of thinking and those of Dijana and her family. They seem to be all too eager to dismiss infidelities and abusive behaviour from male partners, complete with ready excuses and deflections. Is this the Croatian Mindset ™ ?
Or how about people not generalise and pontificate about a large and diverse group of people and how they all think?
Maybe Tibor should read the non-JW subReddit threads about Lloyd where the same conclusions are reached as the exJWs he counseled as having the JW Mindset ™ ?
I can think of active JWs who are so genuine and well intentioned people whom I would not hesitate to pick up a phone call from. I can also think of JWs I'd avoid like the plague. It's based on who they are as individuals, not their religion.
Likewise with Croatians. It was an deliberately contrived assessment coined by Lloyd to excuse his behaviour, and Tibor for whatever reasons parroted it. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was under Lloyd's influence as he certainly was as his employee. I hope that now he can see how manipulative and selfish that man is and stop taking the low route and using people's past cult experiences against them as a way to defend his employer and friend.

Just wondering if there's a possibility of getting Andrew Gold to do another interview.
I contacted Andrew Gold before and he is very responsive on Twitter. The impression I received from him is he has little interest in revisiting the Lloyd Evans drama again at the moment. However, should there be a final cap to all this (such as his lawsuit being definitively thrown out and sanctions imposed upon Lloyd) he'd be up for it.

We've also mentioned to Kim that it would be great to go on the offensive, see about how to get Lloyd charged criminally for using prostitutes and with sex tourism for his trip to Thailand but one step at a time.
Not sure how that can be accomplished. I think it is important to be grounded in all this and resist all temptation to out-Lloyd Lloyd. For many of the same reasons why I believe this case is going nowhere, I doubt their legal system is that interested in the online confessions of that dolt.
I think the full brunt of the legal system needs to be redirected at him within this case. He says people have slandered him, then how is he getting away with slander by labeling people as criminals? And if this is all BS and is going to be thrown out, what about attorney fees for foreigners who were threatened with jail time and fines from this guy who was abusing the court system?
If they are going to throw it out, maybe it's just best to keep it simple for the court and ask that he issue a retraction and update on his YT Community page and his Patreon one - the same venues he launched his threats and false information from?
That would hurt him more than any monetary award.

Alimony and child support are coming if she is indeed following through with the divorce.
These rants of his always seem to be connected to something that had happened or is happening in his life. He’s been mum on the state of his marriage ever since the livestream. At first he seemed to indicate they were attempting to work it out. When he got caught on the London dating group, he lashed out and said they were in a trial separation where both parties could see if they could live apart. He also revealed that he had moved out at the end of March 2022.
Ever since then he has attempted to create an illusion of a family business - Dijana working for the company, she needs to be employed, etc. The implication was still there that they were working on some things and there was a possibility they would eventually reconcile.
There have been indications that their marriage has been dealt its final blow. T5 discovered two or three months ago that Dijana was no longer credited on his voicemail videos as she always was. Lloyd soon after that revealed that he had a volunteer helping him with those, but with no mention of her status.
Just this past month he has been dropping clues that their split is for good. On the Instagram page for his open mic nights in an introduction to a song he mentioned that his marriage had broken up. Then in the rant a few days ago he specifically referred to the “breakup of a marriage”.
I believe that Lloyd felt his move to Zagreb was more of less the “open marriage” he had been seeking with some minor adjustments. He felt that he could stay for as long as he wanted and could return to her at will. I also believe that at some point this summer Dijana decided to drop all connections with him and ceased answering his voicemails and wanted to drop all pretence that she worked for him and moved for an official split, complete with alimony and child support.
This was a contributing factor and probable reason behind in his sudden decision to close Ipsilon and officially lay her off.
Lloyd doesn’t hold himself accountable for anything. Despite his frequent abuse of both her and his marriage, his final word on it would be that parties outside the marriage interfered with it and created a situation where Dijana decided to move for a permanent split. I think he was fine with the status quo of them being in a trial separation, but whenever it seemed that she was distancing herself, tried to reinsert himself into her life in some aspect (inviting her on holidays) in order to keep the marriage afloat.
It finally collapsed and he is lashing out now at parties he holds responsible for hastening its demise.
He also found out the hard way based on what’s available in Zagreb that she was the best he could have ever gotten by far. He’s probably made some overtures to younger women he has met, only to be turned down, quite possibly because he has a reputation round town for torpedoing his marriage because he couldn’t control his penis.
It would explain why he’s so eager now to sue.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up too much. He’s only going to show what he wants people to know and it will probably only show the loss in his salary, and will likely try to withhold the entire amount Ipsilon pulled in. Still it will be interesting to see what he claims his salary was when we all know through public records what the company pulled in.
